I have recently been informed that I need to get rid of stress. I guess I can take things on because I am a bit of a push over, but I only do what I think I can handle.

I have shingles, which in short, is chicken pox the second time around which is apparently brought on my stress. My problem is, I don't see why I'm the one with shingles when half of my friends are stressed out more than I am. I guess I have a weak ass immune system, but all in all, I guess i'm learning my lesson.

I shouldn't put more on my plate than I can handle...or chew heh

What happened to being 7 and playing outside in the carefree world? *Sighhhh*

On a better note, our boys basketball team placed second at state!! Our asses were kicked at the state game, buuut who's complaining, we got second!

My brother had shingles a while back... nasty stuff, that.

? I thought when you're young you got a shot to help build up immunity to shingles ... maybe that's some other disease. *shrugs* I dunno. anywho, I hope they go away soon! it's sad how that works, though. you stress out, it gives you shingles, which in turn, stress you out even more.

I didn't say it earlier because you were emtionally vulnerable...but TOLD YOU SO! And so did everyone else, but you didn't listen until after the entire Calculus class yelled at you for not going to the doctor...I guess Brian's advice just doesn't cut it. Oh and didn't he tell you to drink more water, too? But you only listen after the doctor tells you. And didn't he tell you to get the receipt from the ATM? Yes, but you only listen after your money gets jacked. Oh and he also told you to take the Vicadin but you didn't think you needed it until last night's incidents...and he also told you to stick up for yourself so people don't walk over you. Did he not also tell you to get rid of the clone and go for the Original? Well no, he couldn't, but it worked out pretty good in the end :) And he's reminding you again to stick up for yourself because he knows it's going to take something you'll regret before you decide to take his advice.

Well hopefully that was a good enough guilt trip to convince you listen to your boyfriend next time, because he isn't as stupid as the last one.

Umm.. I don't know any methods of stress relief except boxing your pillows till you feel better. Anyway, Muffy's a little noisy when you don't listen to what he says now isn't he? xP

i get stress easily too. last year i tried to do a few things at a time and i got so stress that my stomach is giving me problems and my doctor told me to rest.

I'm not sure how different is it between your syllabus and mine though I try to understand how things work. Even if I don't understand, I'll make sure I have how things work in my brain just in case it comes out. Then again, it could be because I'm really scared of my Econs teacher cause he's the scariest lecturer in my program.
